LAETOLI 株式会社（以下「当社」）は、経済合理性を超えた “次の世代に託すべき価値” に光を当て、誰もが公正に関わることができる「自由な金融」を創造し、豊かさが巡るフェアエコノミー時代を作る企業としてお客様の機密情報を始め、個人情報の重要性を認識し以下のように個人情報保護方針を定めます。
1 - 当社は、個人情報の取扱いに関する法令、国が定める指針その他の規範を含むコンプライアンスを確立し、社会的責務としてこれを遵守致します。
2 - 当社は、個人情報の取得、利用及び提供に関して、適正・適切な取扱いを定めた社内規程を策定し遵守致します。また、取得した個人情報は、利用目的の範囲内で利用し、目的外利用を行わないための措置を講じます。
3 - 当社は、個人情報の漏洩、滅失又は毀損に対し適切な安全管理措置ならびに是正措置を講じます。
4 - 個人情報の取扱い及び個人情報保護マネジメントシステムに関して、本人から苦情及び相談があった場合には、誠意をもって対応致します。
5 - 当社は、個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを策定し実施するとともに、継続的に改善致します。

- 個人情報の取り扱いについて / Handling of Personal Information
当社は取得した個人情報について取扱を以下のように公表します。

上記２項の個人情報保護管理者までご連絡下さい。開示等の請求手続きについて説明をさせていただきます。
６ - 保有個人データの安全管理のために講じた措置
当社は保有個人データの安全管理のために以下の措置を講じています。
１個人データの取扱いに係る規律の整備
個人データの取得、利用、保存等を行う場合の取扱い手順を社内規程として整備しています。
２組織的安全管理措置
部門毎に個人データの取扱いに関する責任者を設けるとともに、
自己点検・内部監査等を通し整備した取扱い方法に従って
従業者が個人データを取り扱っていることを責任者が確認する体制を整備しています。
３人的安全管理措置
従業者全員には社内規程順守を盛り込んだ誓約書の提出を義務づけ、
期毎に個人データの取扱い手順や情報セキュリティの留意事項について研修を実施しています。
４物理的安全管理措置
事業所及び機密区域の施錠、及び個人データを取り扱う機器、
電子媒体及び書類等の盗難又は紛失等を防止するための措置を講じています。
５技術的安全管理措置
個人データを取り扱うことのできる機器及び当該機器を取り扱う従業者を明確化し、
個人データへの不要又は不正なアクセスを防止しています。
６委託先の監督
個人データを預託している委託先を期毎の定期又は適宜に評価し、
安全管理措置に関し当社のレベル以上の措置を講じていることを確認しています。
【Ⅲ】苦情・ご相談に関する事項
個人情報についての苦情・ご相談を受け付けております。「個人情報保護方針」に掲載されているお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。
なお、当社が入会している認定個人情報保護団体は以下の通りです。

Technical Safety Control Measures
We prevent unnecessary or unauthorized access to personal data by clarifying the equipment that can handle personal data and the employees who handle such equipment.
Supervision of Subcontractors
We evaluate contractors to whom we entrust personal data on a periodic or timely basis, and confirm that they have implemented security management measures at or above our level.
